The Attachy Group, a wholly Ghanaian-owned group of companies began as Attachy Construction Limited, a company which commenced business in 1991. It was established as a civil engineering and building construction company to serve both private and public entities with a mission to develop Ghana.

We have offices in Kumasi and a corporate office in Accra. Attachy Construction has grown steadily and has chalked numerous successes in its 26 years of existence.

Today, Attachy Construction Limited is an integral subsidiary of the Attachy Group, a mother company which also includes Attachy Haulage and Attachy Quarry. We take on construction projects of all magnitudes including building project works, civil works and also deal in concrete products. Our founder, Mr. Kwame Atta Acheampong, a seasoned professional in the fields of civil engineering and project management is the Group’s Executive Chairman/CEO.

Attachy is the anchor developer of the marine drive project, which covers an area of 241 acres. Attachy is to service the land by providing access roads, drainage, electricity, potable water, sewerage, sea protection, communication (fibre optics), parking facilities, play grounds, green areas, a promenade, cy-clist facilities and jetties.

CONSTRUCTION

Building works – Construction of educational facilities, service stations, residential properties etc. Road works – Construction of u-drains, earthworks and sealing works. Civil works – Construction of culverts, bridges.

ASPHALTIC WORKS

We have recently started constructing roads sealed with asphalt.

HAUAGE

Attachy is also into hauling of quarry products and gravel material to locations as determined by our clients.

NEWS

President Akufo-Addo says in line with the Ministry of Tourism, Arts and Culture’s target of generating jobs, especially for the youth and unemployed, the Marine Drive Tourism Investment Project, from construction to the operational stage, is expected to employ some 150,000 people.
